Spiral margin: Keep at least 16 mm from the spiral edge. This area is used for punching holes, so do not place important elements there.
Remaining margins: Keep at least 5 mm from trim edges.
Prepare two separate files: one for the front cover and one for the back cover.
Alternatively, include them as two separate pages within one PDF file.
